  1. 1. Secure your entry for this exclusive brunch session by purchasing your tickets in advance. (We expect the tickets to sell out rather quickly…)
  1. 2. If you will be attending in a large group, to secure a table kindly contact Mantra’s reservation team at 0173448299 after you have purchased your tickets. For small groups or couples no prior table reservation is required.
  1. 3. Your ticket is inclusive of bottomless drinks for the duration of the event, as well as food.
  1. 4. The food for this event will be served in courses. There is also a vegetarian option available. Below is the food menu:

Boozy Brunch Food Menu:

-Ice plant and seared scallop with sesame dressing
-Cured salmon with avocado cream and burnt leek on toasted sourdough
-Halved baked potato with french butter and topped with caviar
-Million dollar deviled egg topped with uni
-Japanese wagyu beef wellington medallion with 48hours slow cooked brown sauce topped with black truffle
-Shredded Szechuan pepper lamb stew on Prata Taco
-Chocolate mousse with gold leaf

Boozy Brunch Vegetarian Menu:

-Ice plant & sesames dressing with balsamic faux caviar
-Roasted pumpkin slice with mix salad and goat cheese
-Halved baked potato with french butter and black garlic topped with black truffle
-Thai asparagus and Quinoa tomato salsa drizzled with pine nut dressing
-Vegetable lasagna with melted brie cheese
-Chocolate mousse with gold leaf
