Returns Policy (For Consumer Products Only)
Sale and Promo items, undergarments, accessories, socks, and beauty products are not eligible for return. If you are unsure about your item(s) eligibility, please email our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Item(s) must be returned within 7 days upon receipt.
Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and all with original tags attached.
Returned item(s) are subject to quality control. WOWNOWKL.ASIA reserves the right to refuse a return if the item(s) show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage.
WOWNOWKL.ASIA will not be responsible for any damages or loss occurred during your return shipment process. We also highly recommend that you use a postal service with a tracking option to track your return parcel.
Unless a defective or wrong item(s) was sent to you, all are shipped at your own cost.
Item(s) can only be returned in exchange for store credit. WOWNOWKL.ASIA is unable to do a direct exchange as we are not able to guarantee the availability of the item you wish to exchange for.
In the event of item(s) being out of stock/cancelled orders, our refunds take 5-7 business days to process, as all payments go through iPay88 payment gateway first and it takes a few working days for settlement.
WOWNOWKL.ASIA does not provide a refund for all orders. All returns will be issued a store credit which can be used during your next purchase.
